Born in Nottingham

EDUCATION - ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

1965/66

Attends pre-diploma foundation course at Derby and District College of Art

1966/69

Studies painting at Bristol Polytechnic. First Class Honours Diploma in Art and Design. BA Fine Art 1969. Poetry published in Imprint, a poetry quarterl

1969/72

Studies painting at the Royal College of Art and receives MA in 1972., Attends course at University of London in the history and development of the CInema
